The San Francisco Peninsula is Silicon Valley’s Convention & Visitors Bureau, a destination marketing organization focused on attracting meetings, events, and travelers to the Bay Area.

As Film & Communication Liaison, I wore many hats:

Created, managed, and trafficked social content and media assets to promote the destination

• Grew Instagram followers and engagement by 80%

• Increased output and engagement across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

• Developed new social strategies to safely promote the destination during COVID-19 pandemic.

Managed and processed all film permit requests across San Mateo County

• Partnered with location scouts and producers to market filming locations

• Updated film guidelines to reflect current county regulations

Wrote travel and leisure blogs for B2C and B2B audiences

Supported production of videos, virtual events, and webinars
